United Kingdom Science Park Association

In 2009 UKSPA is 25 years old and has grown steadily to represent over 80% of those science parks, technology parks, innovation centres, research parks and technology based incubators in the United Kingdom. UKSPA has a proud heritage and still maintains contact with the "Founding Fathers" of the Association - several of whom still consult regularly on science park developments trhoughout the world. Whilst the Association has its' roots firmly locked as a membership-based organisation, working for and on behalf of members parks, we are increasingly seeking to provide value-adding servcies to the 3300 tenants based on our member parks. As we practice global knowledge exchange, it is increasingly important for us to recognise the value of stimulating communication between our tenants with the ultimate goal of seeing joint ventures and collaborative activity arising as a result of UKSPA interventions. We have recently begun to provide a group buying scheme to its tenants, and has also started to offer free sector-specific seminars.
