QRPTA is now 'Zones Québec Innovation'

QRPTA, the Association des parcs de recherche et technopoles du Québec (also referred to as APRTQ) was founded in 1999.

In these changing economic times, QRPTA were highly aware of the strategic role that innovation zones, whether they are parks, cities, or areas, play in the economic development of any country. Over the years, QRPTA has built upon their original mission which was to bring together science and technology parks, supporting their development and ensuring Québec's global exposure and outreach.

In order to successfully adapt this strategy to the new requirements of global economy, the APRTQ initiated repositioning procedures in 2010. In fulfilling this strategic objective, the APRTQ has become Zones Québec Innovation.
