Manchester Science Park extending partnership with tenant

Long term tenant of Manchester Science Park, M247, has recently doubled their footprint in Manchester to 12,0000 square feet (1114 square metres) and received a 5 year extension.

Manchester mainstay hosting company M247 and Manchester Science Park have developed a symbiotic relationship over their years as tenants and the company’s growth has been seen from emerging startup with 5 employees to mature, established enterprise with 250 employees in the UK and continental Europe. Managing Director of Manchester Science Partnerships said: “The company has enabled the success of some of Manchester’s leading technology firms and the cluster which has formed around Turing House and Manchester Science Park has connectivity and cloud storage credentials to rival anywhere in Europe.”
