A brand new 200,000 square foot commercial space has been given the green light for the UK’s first science park.
It is hoped that this investment will help reinforce the “Cambridge Phenomenon”, says David Grover, the chief operating officer of development at Mace, the proposed development company which he describes as the coming together of “a world-class university, research institutes, and creative science and technology businesses and write a new chapter in the extraordinary success story of the Science Park.”
The new development will replace a smaller, older building currently in use as office space in the UKSPA’s member’s grounds.
