Chesterford Research Park, member of the United Kingdom Science Park Association, will undergo building work this month.
The new buildings will provide over 35,000 square feet of space for a fully fitted laboratory and write-up space at the heart of the Cambridge biotech cluster. Arranged over ground and first floors, the building will also benefit from 111 parking spaces.
The work is scheduled to finish in May 2020 and will add to the 300,000 square feet of space already rented and occupied and hopes to be joined by the proposed 1,000,000 square feet in the future.
